DP1-FV Field of View Video Microscope

DP1-FV is a field of view video system for measurement, inspection and image documentation. The video signal from high resolution CCD color camera is connected to a video card inside the computer to provide 640 x 480 live video. The DMP1000 measurement and imaging software displays the live digitized image on the computer monitor. The software provides the functions for measurement, image annotation, image documentation, visual inspection and much more. The software is easy-to-use and powerful. The optional mega-pixel digital camera provides you the extra large filed of view and crispy image.

Standard Components

Stand has 12" x 10" Base with 17.5" Vertical post (37.5 mm thick). Through hole focus rack with coarse (25 mm) and fine (5mm) focus. Zoom lens coupler slides and locks into end of focus rack.

Optics is micro zoom lens with 1X CCD coupler. The primary magnification ranges from 0.7X to 4.5X.

Camera is a 1/3" NTSC CCD Color camera with 480 TV Lines of resolution, composite and S-video outputs.

Video Card  is a color PCI card takes one S-video and one composite video inputs. The card supports NTSC/PAL video format.

Illumination uses 150 Watt fiber optic illuminator with intensity control and a 32" fiber ring light guide.

DMP1000 software is very easy-to-use and provides functions for broad applications. Such as measurement, inspection, comparison, annotation, image capture and documentation.

Optional Components

Digital Camera has option for 1280 x 1024 pixel monochrome or color IEEE1394 digital camera.

Detented Zoom is Optem 70XL detented zoom lens with 1X TV tube. The magnification ranges from 0.75X to 5.2X. The lens has stops at 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Motorized Zoom  is controlled by software and provides the repeatable steps and calibrations.

DMP2000 software provides sub-pixel edge detection and programming and much more.

Computer is Pentium 4 / Athlon XP processor based, 15” LCD flat-panel monitor and Microsoft Windows XP operating system.
