DP3-0402MV Manual Video Measuring System

DP3-0402MV is an easy-to-use, powerful video based, 2-axis or 3-axis manual measuring system. The system can measure parts up to 4” length. The system equips with either high-resolution NTSC CCD camera or mega-pixel digital camera. The ultra-large image without compression and conversion greatly improves the sub-pixel accuracy and throughput. The system uses either detented or motorized zoom lens. The optional detented zoom provides repeatable zoom positions to maintain the magnifications and calibrations. The optional motorized zoom and the software supports multiple programmable steps to maintain the magnifications and calibrations

The basic system uses DMP1500 32-bit dimensional measurement and imaging software. DMP1500 software is very easy-to-use and provides functions for broad applications. Such as measurement, inspection, comparison, annotation, image capture and documentation. Optional DMP-3000 software is designed for video manual measuring system with edge detection and part programming. It provides full video CMM measuring capability and is easy-to-learn. The stage mapping capability greatly improves the system measurement accuracy. The software also provides broad imaging functions to have a value added on the system.

• Open frame design with transmitted illumination.

• 0.001mm linear glass scale encoders.

Optics

• Micro zoom lens with 1X CCD coupler. The primary magnification ranges from 0.7X to 4.5X. 

Illumination 

• Transmitted sub-stage illumination.
• LED ring light illumination.

• 1280 x 1024 IEEE1394 monochrome or color digital camera.

Detented Zoom

• Optem 70XL detented zoom lens with 1X TV tube. The magnification ranges from 0.75X to 5.2X. The lens has stops at 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Motorized Zoom 

• Motorized zoom is controlled by software and provides the repeatable steps and calibrations.

• MSP3000 software.
• Renishaw TP20 touch probe.
