DP6-1006AV DCC Video Measuring System

DP6-1006AV is a microstepping stepper motor drive, DCC (direct computer controlled) video based, 3-axis measuring system. The system can measure parts up to 10” length. The system equipped with either high-resolution NTSC CCD camera or mega-pixel digital camera. The ultra-large image without compression and conversion greatly improves the sub-pixel accuracy and throughput. The system uses motorized zoom lens. The motorized zoom and the software supports multiple programmable steps to maintain the magnifications and calibrations.

The system equipped with DMP-4000 32-bit dimensional measurement software, Windows XP operating system and latest powerful computer. DMP-4000 software has edge detection and provides full video CMM measuring capability and is easy-to-learn. The stage mapping capability greatly improves the system measurement accuracy.

Motion Controller

The stage is driven by high-resolution stepper motor controller with joystick. The controller has up to 51200 steps per motor revolution for high precision position control.
