DP6-1006MV Manual Video Measuring System

DP6-1006MV is an easy-to-use, powerful video based, 3-axis multi-sensor, manual measuring system. The system can measure parts up to 10” length. The quick release mechanism allows fast stage movement to increase the productivity. The system equips with either high-resolution NTSC CCD camera or optional mega-pixel digital camera. The ultra-large image without compression and conversion greatly improves the sub-pixel accuracy and throughput. The optional motorized Z-axis with auto-focus avoids the operator’s judgment for focusing to achieve better measurement accuracy and repeatability. The standard equipped system uses detented zoom lens. The detented zoom provides repeatable zoom positions to maintain the magnifications and calibrations. The motorized zoom and the software supports multiple programmable steps to maintain the magnifications and calibrations

The system uses with DMP-3000 32-bit dimensional measurement and imaging software. The software is for Windows 2000/XP operating systems and is designed for video manual measuring system with edge detection. It provides full video CMM measuring capability and is easy-to-learn. The stage mapping capability greatly improves the system measurement accuracy. The software also provides broad imaging functions to have a value added on the system.
